A step-by-step guide to registering a store on SellerHQ

Register

Click on 'Start Selling on Konga' of 'Sign Up' to open Step 1 of the registration workflow.

STEP 1 - Store and Personal Details

Fill in the following fields:

Store Details

1. 1. Store Name - your store name should meet the following criteria:
      1. Be unique
      2. Contain letters
      3. Contain numbers (this is optional)
      4. Contain special characters  - , ' 
         
         
   2. Store URL - a unique url for your store
   3. Description - a brief description of the products you plan to sell
   4. Email - the email address for your store's notifications.
   5. Password - choose a password for your store

Personal Details

1. 1. Title
   2. First Name
   3. Last Name
   4. Phone Number
   5. Street Address
      
   6. State
   7. LGA
   8. City
   9. Landmark
   10. How did you hear about SellerHQ by Konga?
   11. Referral Code

Completing the registration form and clicking 'Continue' displays STEP 2 of the registration workflow.

STEP 2 - Verify Your Email Address

1. Check the email inbox of the email address you provided in Step 1 of the registration workflow in order to begin verifying your email address.
2. Click on the secure link included in the email in order to verify your email address

STEP 3 - Verify Your Phone Number

1. Once your email address has been verified, the system will display the 'Verify Your Phone Number' page and send a 4-digit alphanumeric verification code to the mobile number you provided in Step 1 of the registration workflow.
2. Enter the 4-digit code and click 'Continue' to complete verifying your mobile number  and proceed to Login to SellerHQ

STEP 4 - Login to SellerHQ

Once registration is complete, a success message will be displayed in GREEN at the top of the page. 

1. Click 'Login' form the navigation bar to login to SellerHQ.
